George Farmer Technology and Language College
Working with practitioners from Wildcats and Camouflaged Learning, pupils at George Farmer created CSI story lines for the visiting primary pupils, which involved solving a mystery through clues given to them via forensic activities.
William Farr School
Crime Scenes seemed to be very popular this year, with William Farr also taking this as their inspiration for the CAWS activities. Helen Cox and Laura Kavanagh helped the pupils of William Farr devise activities for the visiting primary pupils, who became Crime Scene Investigators for the day!
Gleed Boys School
Following a winning formula from previous CAWS years, Gleed Boys School brought the mystery of King John's Jewels back to life, working with practitioners Dr Philip Dunn and Amber Sinclair.
Caistor Yarborough School
Primary pupils visiting Caistor Yarborough School were treated to a hands-on day of activities, based around finding the cause of a plane crash through forensic examination, and also learning key survival techniques, such as building shelters, and finding ways to communicate SOS message to aid their rescue!
