Pauline is Treasurer of Ignite! and was the former Finance Manager at NESTA. She qualified as a certified accountant in the profession and since then has worked for a variety of commercial and not-for-profit organisations. She is currently the Strategic Financial Planning Manager at NCH, one of the UK's leading children's charities.
