Professional Internships for PhD Students (PIPS)
Over the past few years, Ignite! has welcomed interns from the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC)'s Professional Internships for PhD Students scheme. Students have undertaken three-month placements with us, working across our programmes and co-defining the areas of work they focus on.
For the academic year 2020/21, we are interested in hearing from students who are interested in undertaking placements with us in two roles: Lab_13 Scientist in Residence and Festival of Science and Curiosity Assistant Producer.
We can be flexible in terms of start and end dates, and would also be happy to have a conversation with any student interested in working with us to create a bespoke placement.
